Message from Chairs

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to write the first welcome note for the recently expanded Southern Ontario Network of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (SOON). As you search through the content, you'll find our vision, Network responsibilities and, most exciting for us, a list of ongoing Network activities.

The year of 2020 will be University of Toronto's Department of ObGyn's “Year of Quality”, during which we will unveil modified, quality dashboards inclusive of gynaecology, as well as several specific intervention projects, many of which will lead Canada in improving the quality and safety of patient care in obstetrics and gynaecology.

The next University of Toronto's CME day in QuIPS will cap off the year at the beginning of 2021.

Much appreciation goes out to Dr. John Kingdom, the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Toronto, for his support and agreement to host this webpage as part of the University of Toronto.
