This event also coincided with the end of Transition-to-Discipline (TTD), the first stage of Competence-By-Design (CBD). Resident portfolios will be reviewed at the first CBD Competence Committee meeting later this month.
The residency program is also reminding faculty and residents to continue using Elentra to complete EPAs for all PGY1 and PGY2 residents (PGY3-5 residents will continue using the DOCs form). CBD resources for faculty and residents, including new EPA and Entrustment tip sheets, have recently been added to the ObGyn website. For more information, see our CBD section!
