Melanie Ornstein

Dr. Ornstein is incolved with general obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatric and adolescent gynaecology, with a  special interest in working with women with developmental disabilities. She is on staff at Michael Garron Hospital with a paediatric and adolescent gynaecology clinic is affiliated with Sick Kids Hospital. She has done clinical research on gynecologic care of the developmental disabled and menstrual suppression, and is very involved in medical education of medical students, residents, and midwife students. She has been the MGH resident, fellow, student coordinator in the past from 2001 to 2013 and she became the medical student coordinator for MGH in March 2019. She worked at Sick Kids in paediatric and adolescent gynaecology from 2001 to 2013, and she runs a paediatric and adolescent gynecology clinic at MGH.
