Dr. Wolfman is the Director of the Menopause Clinic and The Premature Ovarian Failure Clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Toronto, elected board member and head of the education committee of the International Menopause Society and the first recipient of the Carol Mitchell Chair in Mature Women’s Health. In 2009 she received the Practitioner of the Year Award from the North American Menopause Society.

Dr. Wolfman initiated one of the first fellowship programs in Mature Women’s Health and runs a yearly CME course in Mature Women’s Health. Her graduates have assumed positions throughout Canada, Chile and the Middle East. She has lectured extensively throughout Canada both for physicians and the general community. She has contributed to gynaecologic knowledge via her 10 year position as co-chair of the National Guideline Committee for Gynaecology for the Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada.
