Dr. Nevo graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1991 and completed his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Rambam Medical Centre in Haifa, Israel. He then continued his training as a fellow in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and the University of Toronto, and joined as staff in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in 2006.

Dr. Nevo has been head of the Sunnybrook Centre for Early Fetal Ultrasound and lead MFM physician of the Sunnybrook fetal medicine clinic since 2007 and co-medical director of the Sunnybrook Obstetrical Ultrasound Centre since 2010.

He is an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto and his academic interests include: early fetal anatomy ultrasound, biology of preeclampsia and maternal endothelial function.
