DATE CHANGE: Surgeon-Scientist Program (a.k.a. "CIP") Information Night
Calling all PGY1s, PGY2s and PGY3s! Interested in taking your scholarly activities to the next level?
U of T offers the two-year Surgeon-Scientist Program (a.k.a Clinician-Investigator Program) to prepare residents for a career as a clinician-scientist. Typically, the program is completed between the third and fifth year of training and includes a master’s degree. It is also possible to pursue doctoral work.
We would like to invite you to an in-person dinner/ information session that will include past and current trainees and supervisors, as well as other research-focused faculty within our department. The event will give you an overview of the program, including the admission process, as well as highlight the resources and supports available through the department. You will leave with insights into how participation in the program can shape your training and have a lasting impact on your career.
