This document is our effort to streamline our priorities and establish a clear direction for the Department as a whole, as we continue to work with our faculty at fully- and community-affiliated hospitals over the next 5 years to advance Research, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety, Advocacy, Continuing Professional and Faculty Development, and Education. By prioritizing these pillars, we will strive to become recognized as leaders in Women’s Health and among the top 5 Obstetrics & Gynaecology Departments around the world.
