Dr. Costa completed her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at McGill University. She then pursued her MD and PhD in biochemistry at the University of Ottawa. Her obstetrics and gynaecology residency was completed in Hamilton, Ontario. She completed her Certificate in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Toronto. Currently, Dr. Costa practices Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics in The Scarborough Health Network.
