Dr. Drutz runs clinics in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) and teaches two days a week at Baycrest. He helps to mentor the basic science research program at Mount Sinai. He is currently the Interim President of the Canadian Society for Pelvic Medicine (CSPM). He Co-Chairs, with Dr. Wendy Wolfman, the Annual Mature Women's Healthcare Day put on by the CME program at MSH.
